Registration need-to-know

  • All guests must pre-register for the Roller Express. Pre-registration is available for 2-hour timeslots within the hours of operation:
    • 11:00 AM–1:00 PM
    • 1:30 PM–3:30 PM
    • 4:00 PM-6:00 PM
    • 6:30 PM-8:30 PM
    • (Sat 9:00 PM-11:00 PM)
  • Weekly registration blocks are released on Mondays
  • Guests can register up to 1 adult and 3 children per order. This is to ensure everybody reads and accepts our waiver during registration. Please note that you cannot register children for our 19+ Winter Mixers on Saturday nights. We do not accept group bookings.
  • Your order confirmation will be emailed to you. You must bring this with you for admission to the Roller Express
  • If you are renting skates, you must also bring a piece of physical government issued ID

Eligible TD Credit Cardholders get exclusive entry access. Here’s how:

  1. Priority Line Access will open 15 mins prior to the time slot start time for Roller Express
  2. Show your eligible TD Credit Card or an eligible TD Credit Card in digital format in a mobile wallet to the Union Station staff member at the York kiosk and fill out the information to book your Priority Line Access ticket and waiver
  3. You’ll need a pair of socks and a piece of government-issued photo ID for skate rentals
  4. Wait in the designated TD area until you are ushered in at your designated time slot
  5. Priority Line Access sports will remain open until 30 mins before the end of the time slot or until capacity is reached in Roller Express
  6. Each eligible cardholder may be accompanied by up to 4 guests

Notes:
If you wish to skate on Saturday from 6:30pm-11pm, you and your guests must be 19+. Maximum 30 spots per time slot on a first-come, first served basis. See below for details. Conditions and exclusions apply.

Registration FAQs–

How many tickets can I reserve?

Guests can register up to 1 adult and 3 children per order. All adults have to register for their own ticket individually. This is to ensure everybody reads and accepts our waiver during registration. Please note that you cannot register children for our 19+ Winter Mixers on Saturday nights. We do not accept group bookings.

What is the cost?

All tickets are free

What do I do for my children?

Guests can register up to 3 tickets for children joining them. Parents/guardians will need to accept the waiver on behalf of their children. Please note, guests 17 and under require a parent/guardian to sign the participation waiver on their children’s behalf and should have a physical piece of government-issued ID, such as a Health Card or Passport, for their skate rentals. Children 12 and under will need to be supervised by a parent/guardian, who can also provide their physical ID to rent skates and mandatory safety equipment on behalf of the child. There will be special events on Saturday nights from 6:30pm -11pm that will be for guests 19+ only.

When are tickets released?

Tickets are released on Mondays for the following week (Mon-Sun)

Are there walk-up spots available?

Walk-ups are only available for customers eligible for the TD Priority line.

Each eligible cardholder may be accompanied by up to four (4) guests, inclusive of minors (under the age of majority), that are together with the eligible cardholder during the Union Station Roller Express (the “Event”) between November 26, 2025, and January 18, 2026, inclusive (“Offer Period”).

Entrance to the Event via TD Priority Line Access is subject to availability, based on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is a maximum of thirty (30) spaces available per 2-hour time slot. Entrance conditions are subject to safety considerations at the sole discretion of Osmington (Union Station) Inc.
