What inspired you to DJ?
Mixing music is something I’ve always been interested in. I first started by mixing music with just my laptop using Virtual DJ. Then I watched a Netflix series called The Get Down spring of 2020 and that’s what really inspired me to start spinning on real DJ equipment and outside DJing as a career. I fell in love with the art of DJing. The series discusses the history of Hip Hop and shows DJs spinning with just two turntables and a mixer, no computer.
What’s on your playlist right now?
Lately I’ve been listening to a lot of 528 Hz frequency music and LoFi beats.
What’s your favourite thing about Union Station?
It’s a great place to see Toronto’s diversity all in one space
What’s something surprising about you that people may not know?
I used to classically compose for my highschool band
