†This limited time promotional offer (“Offer”), is available to those TD customers (each, an “Eligible TD Customer”) who are cardholders (primary and additional) of TD® Aeroplan® Visa Platinum*, TD® Aeroplan® Visa Infinite*, TD® Aeroplan® Visa Infinite Privilege*, TD® Aeroplan® Visa* Business, TD First Class Travel® Visa Infinite*, TD Platinum Travel Visa*, TD Rewards Visa*, TD Business Travel Visa*, TD Cash Back Visa Infinite*, TD Cash Back Visa*, TD Business Cash Back Visa*, TD Low Rate Visa*, TD Business Select Rate™ Visa*, and TD U.S. Dollar Visa*, TD Emerald Flex Rate Visa*, and TD Green Visa* credit cards that have open charging privileges, and accountholders (including joint accountholders) of TD Access Cards, Business Banking Access Cards, and Private Banking Access Cards (each an “Eligible TD Card”) that are open and in good standing. To qualify for the 10% discount available under this Offer, an Eligible TD Customer must use an Eligible TD Card for the purchase of an item (other than alcoholic beverages which do not qualify for the discount) from an official Union Summer food and beverage merchandise vendor (each, an “Eligible Purchase”) between June 8, 2026 and August 9, 2026 inclusive (“Offer Period”). There is no limit to the number of Eligible Purchases made during the Offer Period by an Eligible TD Customer using an Eligible TD Card that can receive the discount. Eligible TD Customers that qualify for this Offer will have the discount automatically applied by the official Union Summer food and beverage merchandise vendor at the point of sale. The discount will be applied before taxes. The Toronto-Dominion Bank has no liability or responsibility for food and beverage purchased from an official Union Summer vendor. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer is being made by the Toronto-Dominion Bank and administered by the official Union Summer Vendor.
