Advertising & brand activations

As the busiest multi-modal transit hub in Canada, Union Station offers advertisers visibility to more than 300,000 daily visitors. If you’re interested in advertising, pop-up stores, sponsorship opportunities, sampling programs or marketing activations at Union Station, please reach out to jessica@torontounion.ca

Events & programming

Union Station has a multidisciplinary programming vision offering free public events that showcase the best of Toronto for tourists and locals that creates a destination where all are welcome.

If you are an artist or local arts and cultural organization that would like to submit a proposal to collaborate, please contact syma@torontounion.ca

Filming & photography

Anyone is free to take pictures or video inside Union Station. However, if you will be using professional equipment, like a tripod, or if you will be using the content for commercial purposes, you will need to get a permit through the events and programming department. For any filming requests, please contact julia@torontounion.ca at least two weeks in advance of the date you wish to shoot. For any photography requests, please contact danielle@torontounion.ca at least two weeks in advance of the date you wish to shoot. Please note that any larger-scale filming or photography shoots may require more advance notice.

 

There may be additional licensing and fee requirements if you will be using the resulting photos or videos for commercial purposes.

We encourage everyone to post their pictures of Union Station on social media. Tag @torontounion, and we may choose to share your picture on Instagram!

Security

The City of Toronto provides onsite uniformed security guards at Union Station through their Corporate Security Unit.

If you see something suspicious, or need urgent help, call 416-338-8000.
There are also GO Transit and TTC security guards onsite.

When to contact Security:

  • You observe unattended packages, bags or luggage
  • You observe suspicious or dangerous activity
  • Reporting safety hazards
  • You or anyone else requires medical assistance
