2 Mile Hill is a band from Barbados that fuses Caribbean vibes with an urban pop sound giving their music an undeniably infectious energy. The band includes Chadd (drums), Kris (bass), Mahalia (lead vocals) and Russell (lead guitar). Formerly called NexCyx, a name they dropped in early 2016, 2 Mile Hill has shared stages with Angie Stone, Damian Marley, Erykah Badu, Sizzla and Wyclef to name a few. In addition to making music, the band is also the founder of the island’s biggest acoustic music festival, Mahalia’s Corner. They’ve also racked up awards and accolades at home in Barbados, and internationally from MTV, Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton and RyanSeacrest.com.
